Most women hire a dress and hope it fits.
This is different.
Before you book anything, we talk.
I want to know your shape, your event, and what has not worked for you before. Then I tell you honestly whether the dress you have your eye on is the right one, or whether something else in the collection is going to suit you better. If I do not think a dress will work for your shape, I will say so before you book.
That is the point.
Most hires are done remotely, and it works really well once that conversation has happened first. In-person appointments are available on a limited basis if you would like one, but a lot of women find they do not need one once we have properly talked through the fit.
Our collection has been carefully curated, and each piece is beautiful.
But the guidance is the service.

How it Works in 4 Easy Steps
1. Browse the collection
Have a look through what is available and note anything that catches your eye. Do not worry too much about sizing yet, that is what the next step is for.
2. Get in Touch
Drop us a message with the dress you are interested in, your event date, and a little about your shape and sizing. We will take it from there.
3. Stylist consultation
We have a proper conversation about fit before anything is confirmed. I will let you know honestly whether the dress is a good match, suggest alternatives if needed, and make sure you are booking with confidence.
4. Enjoy your event
Your dress arrives in time for your event. Return it to us afterwards. Simple as that.

Frequently asked questions
Do I get styling advice when I hire?
Yes! That is what makes us different. Before you confirm any booking, we have a conversation about your size, shape, proportions, event, and sizing history.
I have been dressing women long enough to know how our dresses actually fit across different shapes and sizes, and I will be straight with you if I think something is not right. You are not picking a dress alone.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, honestly. Popular dresses get snapped up quickly for peak wedding season weekends. If you want a specific dress for a specific date, do not leave it too long. Four to six weeks ahead is a good rule of thumb, though we can sometimes sort last-minute requests, so always worth asking.
What is the difference between the An Post Try-On and just hiring directly?
The An Post Try-On is for when you want to check the fit well in advance before you commit. We post it out, you try it on at home in your own time, and return it if it is not right. The try-on fee (€40) is not refundable or redeemable, it covers the service and postage. Think of it as buying yourself peace of mind before the big day.
Direct hire is for when you are confident in the dress and just want to book it.
Can I try on more than one dress with the An Post Try-On?
Yes! Up to two dresses. There is an extra €20 charge per additional dress sent, as it means that dress is unavailable to other customers while you have it.
What happens if the dress does not fit?
With Direct Hire, this is unlikely when the process is followed properly, because we work through your shape and sizing before you commit. If you are between sizes or have any doubts, that is exactly what the pre-booking conversation is for. Get in touch before you book, and I will guide you.
How does the return work?
If it is a postal hire, you will receive a pre-printed tracked returns label and packaging.
You pop the dress back in the bag, attach the label, and drop it to your nearest An Post office. That is genuinely it.
We handle the dry cleaning. If it is a studio hire, just drop it back to us after your event.
What if something happens to the dress while I have it?
Minor wear and small marks are completely normal and covered as part of hire. If there is significant damage, a tear, a stain that will not come out, or something more serious, please let us know as soon as possible.
We are human, we know accidents happen, have a chat and we will get sorted.
Where are you based?
Our studio is in Drumconrath, Co Meath. Studio appointments are available on Saturdays and selected weekday mornings.
If you cannot get to us, the An Post options mean you can hire from anywhere in Ireland.
