Returns and refunds

This policy covers items bought through this store. Dress hire is arranged separately and is not covered here.

If it is not right, send it back
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send your Envi Band back for a refund. If you would rather swap it for a different size, tell us and we will send the other one out.

Condition
Please send it back unworn and in its original pouch. Trying it on at home to check the size is fine, that is exactly what a return is for. What we cannot take back is a band that has been worn out for the day.

Return postage
Return postage is at your own cost. 

How to return something
Find your order confirmation email and click View your order.  You can also click here to access your account.
From there you can request a return. If you cannot find the email, just email us at info@enviousdresshire.com, and we will sort it out. Then post it to:

Refunds
Once it arrives with us, we will refund your original payment method. Card refunds usually take a few working days to show up.
