Shipping

The Envi Band and dress hire are posted differently, so they are covered separately below.

Envi Band: when it goes out

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day. You will get an email when yours is on its way.

Envi Band: where it goes and what it costs

Destination Cost Usually arrives
Republic of Ireland €3.50 3 to 5 working days
Northern Ireland €3.50 5 to 7 working days
Rest of the United Kingdom €5.00 5 to 12 working days
European Union €5.00 7 to 15 working days
Australia and New Zealand €8.00 10 to 15 working days
Rest of the world €7.00 10 to 15 working days

Delivery times are estimates from An Post rather than guarantees, and they stretch around Christmas and bank holidays.

Customs and duty outside the EU

Orders going to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or anywhere else outside the European Union may be charged import duty, local sales tax or a handling fee when they arrive. Those charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and they are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. We have no way of telling you in advance what they will be.

If a parcel is refused at customs and comes back to us, we will refund the cost of the item once it reaches us. Postage and any charges already incurred cannot be refunded.

Getting your address right

Please check your address and Eircode or postcode carefully before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to take it, we will resend it once you cover the postage again.

Dress hire: where we post to

Dresses are posted within the Republic of Ireland. If you are outside Ireland and there is a dress you love, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether the timings can work.

Dress hire: how it travels

Dresses go by express registered An Post with a tracking number. We aim to have yours with you at least the day before your event, earlier where we can.

Your Eircode and mobile number matter more here than anywhere else. An Post cannot deliver without them, and a dress that misses an event cannot be put right afterwards. Please check both when you book.

Collection from the studio in Drumconrath is available if that suits you better.

Dress hire: sending it back

There is a prepaid An Post return label in your parcel with the address already on it, so there is nothing for you to look up. Hand the parcel in at your local An Post office on day six of your hire. If day six falls on a Sunday or a bank holiday, post it the next working day.

Please photograph the postal receipt and keep it. It is your proof the dress went back.

If the prepaid label goes missing, you will need to pay for registered An Post postage yourself. Let us know and send us the tracking number.

The rest of the hire terms

Hire periods, cancellations, late returns and damage are all covered in our dress hire terms.
